Two more federal judges on Tuesday blocked the Trump administration’s use of deportations under the Alien Enemies Act, saying the wartime power shouldn’t be used.

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked President Donald Trump's administration from firing workers and taking other steps to shut down federal agencies that fund museums and libraries, mediate labor disputes and support minority-owned businesses.

This is the second time in a week that a federal judge has blocked the administration from sending Venezuelans to the Salvadoran prison under the 18th-century wartime law.
