A zone of dry air moves in by mid-afternoon Thursday, bringing temperatures in the upper 30s in higher elevations and upper 40s along the South Coast. Breezy conditions are expected to hit the South Coast in the afternoon before spreading across the rest of the state.

A weather system spreads moisture northward through western Oregon early Thursday. Timing has sped up a bit which means snow or a snow/freezing rain mix is likely soon after or at daybreak. Roads will likely be icy/snowy for much of the day Thursday and into Friday morning.

A mixture of rain/sleet/snow showers will build in Tuesday morning. The mixture will change over to all rain in the afternoon to evening.
