A Silver Alert has been issued on behalf of the Sevier County Sheriff's Office for 70-year-old Richard Carper.

The TBI the alert had been issued on behalf of the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office for Hank Brackins, 58. He had been last seen Thursday in the area of Arch Rock Drive of Sevierville.
