NTSB investigators are focusing on landing gear failure as a possible factor leading to two business jets colliding in Arizona last month.

A new NTSB preliminary report, complete with photos, reveals that critical landing gear failures caused Vince Neil's Learjet to crash while landing at Scottsdale Airport on Feb. 10, killing the pilot and injuring three others.

Previous damage to the left main landing gear of the private jet owned by Mötley Crüe singer Vince Neil could have contributed to a fatal crash in Scottsdale earlier this month.
