Miami Dolphins rookie guard Jonah Savaiinaea has impressed coaches and teammates with his work ethic and maturity. Savaiinaea skipped summer vacation to train in South Florida and aims to play at around 320 pounds. The Dolphins' new guard duo of Savaiinaea and James Daniels is expected to significantly improve the offensive line.

Right tackle Austin Jackson and edge rusher Bradley Chubb went at it all day when they were matched up. Both are coming off knee injuries and both looked good.

Miami Dolphins defensive lineman Zach Sieler, the team's 2024 MVP, expressed optimism about ongoing contract negotiations. Sieler believes he has earned a pay raise after a strong season with 55 tackles and back-to-back years with 10 sacks.

Ahead of the 2025-26 NFL season, the Miami Dolphins have suffered a concerning blow in the form of Bayron Matos‘ latest injury. The unfortunate incident occurred on Wednesday while Miami’s training camp was ongoing and required assistance from a helicopter to escort Matos to the hospital.
