The Republican from Auburn is seeking an emergency injunction from the U.S. Supreme Court to stop her censure, which prevents her from voting and speaking on the Maine House floor.

The state legislator banned Rep. Laurel Libby, a Republican, from voting on bills or speaking on the floor of the state House in February.
