Jalen Brunson added 30 points, shooting 11-of 13 from the free throw line, along with nine assists and seven rebounds. OG Anunoby added 22 points and Mikal Bridges had 20.

Jalen Brunson found himself at the center of controversy for a questionable play during Game 3 on Thursday against the Detroit Pistons. Brunson attempted to contest a shot by Pistons forward Tim Hardaway Jr. but wasn't close on the block, striking Hardaway square in the face and appearing to poke him in the eye.
