Greek yogurt maker Chobani is planning to build a $1.2 billion factory at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park in Rome.

The Olean Common Council Tuesday authorized bonding for more than $3.1 million to help pay for ongoing recreation projects at Marcus and War Vets parks.
