Alien: Earth Episode 3 will air on FX and drop on Hulu and Disney Plus at 5pm PT/8pm ET on August 19. After Fede Alvarez delivered one of the best Alien movies of the entire franchise, last week saw Hulu and Disney+ play host to a new xenomorph threat in the franchise’s first TV series, Alien: Earth – and it has been well worth the wait.

Fans of the Alien franchise have given a fun nickname to the new Xenomorph creature appearing in the FX series Alien: Earth.

When we sat down with Alien: Earth creator and showrunner Noah Hawley, he got the memo about the one-word answer. Not only that, but the Fargo creator also expanded on that sentiment to give us a brilliant tease for what’s to come in the remaining six episodes:

The series by creator Noah Hawley is described as a spin-off to the original Ridley Scott-directed film, " Alien ," from 1979. The film follows a space crew aboard the starship, Nostromo, who are on their journey back home when they receive a distress call from an alien vessel.

Ridley Scott’s “Alien” franchise has landed on TV with “Alien: Earth,” a prequel series set two years before the original space horror movie. It follows a brand new cast full of humans, synths, Xenomorphs and more as a group of soldiers investigate a crashed ship on Earth and discover some terrifying secrets inside.
