Even before Bubba Wallace climbed into his 23XI Racing Toyota for this year’s Brickyard 400, he said he had a surreal feeling. He hadn’t won a NASCAR Cup race since September 2022, and he’d never won a Crown Jewel event.

Bubba Wallace called his shot last week. The only people who knew it were Trackhouse Racing's Shane van Gisbergen and IndyCar driver Scott McLaughlin. The unlikely trio of personalities has spent the summer of 2025 competing for fun in Legends cars as part of the Summer
