Top seed Jannik Sinner ensured Novak Djokovic will be absent from a Wimbledon men's singles final for the first time in eight years after handing the Serbian great a brutal Centre Court battering on Friday.

Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz are the last men standing for the Wimbledon final, revving up for another edition of their growing rivalry on the biggest stage in the sport.

Sinner has now defeated Djokovic five times in a row, including in the semifinals at Roland Garros in June.
