The energy and significance of Northeast Ohio’s “No Kings” protests were the center of conversation on Monday’s Today in Ohio podcast, which compared the rallies for freedom to Donald Trump’s North Korea/Mussolini-style military parade.

A flagship "No Kings" march and rally are planned in Philadelphia, but no events are scheduled to take place in Washington, D.C., where the military parade will take place on Trump's 79th birthday. Organizers of the protests say they want to take attention away from the parade.
Despite peaceful demonstrations reported in multiple cities, violence flared at some anti-Trump protests over the weekend.
