Miami Dolphins fans showed up in droves on the first day training camp was open for spectators and they see good things ahead for their favorite NFL team.

The Miami Dolphins had their second training camp practice of the season on Thursday, July 24. Here's what we saw.

Miami Dolphins rookie guard Jonah Savaiinaea has impressed coaches and teammates with his work ethic and maturity. Savaiinaea skipped summer vacation to train in South Florida and aims to play at around 320 pounds. The Dolphins' new guard duo of Savaiinaea and James Daniels is expected to significantly improve the offensive line.

Right tackle Austin Jackson and edge rusher Bradley Chubb went at it all day when they were matched up. Both are coming off knee injuries and both looked good.

Miami Dolphins defensive lineman Zach Sieler, the team's 2024 MVP, expressed optimism about ongoing contract negotiations. Sieler believes he has earned a pay raise after a strong season with 55 tackles and back-to-back years with 10 sacks.
