DART riders should expect delays Thursday after a train fire Wednesday afternoon hospitalized six people. The fire, believed to be accidental and caused by equipment issues, led to a multi-hour pause and temporary service changes for downtown Dallas stations.

DART has made temporary modifications to rail line service throughout Dallas Thursday, following a train fire the day prior. The transportation system has reduced services between Victory Station, Union Station and Pearl Station, DART officials said in a news release Thursday.
