SAN DIEGO, CA - The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Northern California announced in a press statement this week it has filed, on behalf of the
Selma’s mayor, 57-year-old Scott William Robertson, has been charged after being accused of speaking to voters on voting day about his campaign, the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office said. The DA’s office announced they filed a criminal charge against Robertson for “Prohibited Dissemination of Electioneering Information” at a polling place.
