Former Buccaneers offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich has interviewed for another job. Per Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports, the Seahawks recently spoke with Leftwich for their offensive coordinator vacancy.

The Patriots are speaking with someone who has a strong connection to their most famous quarterback about their head coaching vacancy.

The Seahawks have been busy with their search for a new offensive coordinator as a fifth candidate has been leaked and another candidate earned a second interview.

The Patriots announced they completed interviews with Byron Leftwich and Pep Hamilton on Tuesday. That makes them the first team to comply with the Rooney Rule, which requires teams to conduct in-person interviews with at least two minority candidates.
