The NBA recently made a major scheduling change for the upcoming matchup between the New York Knicks and Dallas Mavericks. New York and Dallas are set to face off against each other on March 25 at Madison Square Garden.

Dallas won the first meeting between these teams 129-114 in late November. Four different Mavericks scored at least 20 points, led by Naji Marshall with 24. That was enough to hold off Jalen Brunson, who poured in 37 points for the Knicks. That second meeting in Madison Square Garden should be a fascinating one.

Now, the towering big man faces a familiar challenge: finding stability in the NBA. Despite his size and rebounding ability, he has struggled to secure a long-term home. Whether the Mavericks will extend his 10-day contract remains to be seen, but given their current roster situation, keeping him around could be a logical move.
