National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard joins ‘Fox & Friends Weekend’ to discuss her findings alleging the Obama administration manufactured intelligence to create a narrative of Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Among the Russian intelligence was what Gabbard described as “high-level Democratic National Committee emails that detailed evidence of Hillary’s, quote: ‘psycho emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression and cheerfulness” and that then Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers.

Russian interference in 2016 included hacking the Democratic National Committee and the campaign of Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee who lost to Donald Trump, and spreading propaganda. That interference was designed to sow discord and election distrust.
