A warm Sunday welcome to you and thank you for joining us ahead of the 2025 Hungarian Grand Prix. This time yesterday, I was calling this race a tap-in for McLaren after its domination of every practice session so far. It was simply a case of which papaya driver would come out on top.

Charles Leclerc will be chasing Ferrari's first win in Formula 1 this year after taking a surprise pole position for the Hungarian Grand Prix ahead of title contenders Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris.

It was all looking good for Ferrari. Charles Leclerc took a stunning pole position at the Hungarian Grand Prix and then appeared to have the pace to keep the McLaren s behind him for much of the first half of Sunday's race.
