Police in Columbia Heights, Minnesota, issued an AMBER Alert Wednesday afternoon for a 3-week-old who they say was taken from a guardian's home.

The child was taken from the guardian’s home by Ashley Marie Gooch, age 37, after threatening violence towards the guardian.

UPDATE: Columbia Heights police have canceled the Amber Alert and said both Dior and Ashley Gooch were found safe in Minneapolis.
