An attorney representing the driver of the boat that collided Sunday with a ferry off Clearwater, Florida, killing one person and injuring 10 others, disputes that he fled the scene, as the victim’s family demands answers about an investigation that has so far led to no arrests.

One man is dead, and 10 others were injured after a 37-foot boat, operated by Jeffry Knight, the owner of Jannus Live, crashed into the back of the Clearwater Ferry.
