Jazz Chisholm out again as Yankees deal with growing concern originally appeared on Athlon Sports. After leaving two straight games early, Jazz Chisholm Jr. was out of the New York Yankees’ lineup for the second straight night Friday in Boston.

The Yankees had no update on injured reliever Jack Cousins, who now is dealing with an UCL injury. The Yankees haven’t announced how serious this issue is, but it could be season ending. Chisholm first felt discomfort in his groin while he was running from first to third in the fifth inning of the Yankees’ 6-3 win on Wednesday.

Jazz Chisholm Jr. appears to have dodged another bullet on the injury front, but the mounting number of nagging issues is giving him a headache.
