A man was arrested over the weekend in Mobile County after striking and fatally injuring pedestrian in a car crash. According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, a single-vehicle crash occurred at about 11 p.m. on July 4 on Alabama State Route 217approximately five miles north of Semmes.
