Zac Brown is shedding some light on his proposal to Kendra Scott. The country singer popped the question to the jewelry designer on July 24, PEOPLE revealed. The couple first publicly debuted their relationship on the red carpet at the American Music Awards in May, after dating for several months, a source told PEOPLE.

Nearly two months after the jewelry designer and the Zac Brown Band frontman debuted their romance at the 2025 American Music Awards, the couple shared that they are engaged. "We are so happy and grateful," Scott, 51, and Brown, 46, told People shortly after the Grammy winner popped the question, “that we found each other.”

Zac Brown selected a 3.06-carat fancy pink diamond ring set with 28 baguette-cut white diamonds from Valobra Master Jewelers in Houston to propose to Kendra Scott.
