"Kodai Senga is injured," MLB .com's Anthony DiComo reported. "He took a fall at first base attempting to beat a runner to the bag, and he spent a long time down on the ground surrounded by coaches and trainers."
Mets manager Carlos Mendoza confirmed before Friday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays that Paul Blackburn will get the start on Wednesday against the Atlanta Braves in place of the injured Kodai Senga.
