Tropical Storm Erin is forecast to intensify into a hurricane as it brushes Puerto Rico, then turn north. Its impacts on the U.S. east coast next week are still uncertain.

Tropical Storm Erin got a little stronger as it continued its march across the Atlantic Ocean on Wednesday. The National Hurricane Center thinks strengthening will continue, and is forecasting Erin to become the first hurricane of the season in a few days.
