The Boston Red Sox are reportedly interested in adding Pittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Mitch Keller, although they have competition from other teams, per Noah Hiles of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
With Duran, Roman Anthony, Ceddanne Rafaela, Wilyer Abreu, Rob Refsnyder, and Masataka Yoshida, the Red Sox have a surplus of major league outfielders, but that logjam has been temporarily alleviated by Rafaela’s move to the infield following an injury to Marcelo Mayer.
