From Laleli take the tramvay from Lalei Istasyon to Sirkeci Istasyon, cross the road to the Marmaray side and walk towards the waterfront. Do not cross at the traffic light junction - instead turn right on the same pavement and go to the bus stop there and take any one of the BN buses to the Akvaryum. :) By taxi, ask to go to Aqua Florya, and it is a direct route down Kennedy Caddesi on the same route back to the airport. It shouldn't cost you more than 40 liras without bad traffic. :)
