There is a TON of parking on site at IC all along 2nd Avenue. A lot of businesses validate parking, particularly the furniture Warehouses (outlets). During the week the day rate is $18, and the hourly begins at $5 and scaling up from there with the first 15 mins free. On the weekend, the day rate is $5 all day. All day.
